  2. Heat 1 cup of water to a gentle boil in a small pot over medium heat.
  3. Remove the pot from heat and gradually stir in the gelatin powder until completely dissolved.

  5. Incorporate the second cup of cold water and mix thoroughly.
  6. Pour the mixture into molds or a glass dish and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until fully set.
