Instructions

  1. Gather your ingredients: flavored gelatin powder, water (or juice), and any optional add-ins like fresh fruit or yogurt.
  2. In a medium saucepan, heat 1 cup of water or juice over medium heat until it begins to simmer.
  3. Gradually whisk in the flavored gelatin powder until it dissolves completely.
  4. Fold in any diced fresh fruit or yogurt.
  5. Pour the mixture into molds or a shallow dish.
  6. Place in the refrigerator and chill for at least 2-4 hours until fully set.
  7. Once set, remove from molds or cut into squares and enjoy cold.
