Instructions

  1. Prepare Ingredients: Gather all your ingredients and tools.
  2. Mix the Gelatin: In a saucepan, add 1 cup of cold water and sprinkle 2 tablespoons of gelatin over it; allow it to bloom for about 5 minutes.
  3. Heat the Mixture: Place the saucepan over low heat and stir until the gelatin dissolves completely, about 5 minutes.
  4. Combine ACV and Sweetener: Stir in ½ cup of apple cider vinegar and your choice of sweetener.
  5. Pour into Molds: Carefully pour the mixture into molds or a square dish.
  6. Chill: Allow it to cool at room temperature, then refrigerate for 20-30 minutes, or until fully set.
  7. Serve & Enjoy: Cut it into squares or remove from molds and enjoy!
