Apple Cider Vinegar Gummies

Chewy, tangy bites that offer a convenient way to consume apple cider vinegar for appetite control and digestive support.

Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons gelatin or pectin
  • 1/4 cup cold water
  • 1/2 cup fruit juice (apple or berry)
  • 1/4 cup sweetener (honey, maple syrup, or sugar)
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar (with the mother if possible)
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice (optional)
  • Optional vitamins or minerals (vitamin B, vitamin C)

Instructions

  1. Measure and bloom the gelatin. Sprinkle gelatin over cold water and let sit for 5 minutes.
  2. Warm the liquid base. In a saucepan, combine fruit juice and sweetener, heating gently until warm.
  3. Dissolve the gelatin in the warm liquid. Stir continuously until fully dissolved.
  4. Stir in apple cider vinegar and flavorings. Adjust sweetness or acidity to taste.
  5. Pour into molds and cool slightly at room temperature for 10 minutes.
  6. Refrigerate until set, about 1 to 2 hours.
  7. Unmold and store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
