Instructions

  1. Dissolve the gelatin: Pour one cup of boiling water over one packet of sugar-free gelatin in a heatproof bowl and stir until completely dissolved.
  2. Add cold liquid: Stir in one cup of cold water or unsweetened milk alternative.
  3. Cool slightly: Let the mixture sit for 5 to 7 minutes until warm but not hot.
  4. Fold in creamy ingredient: Whip the fat-free whipped topping or Greek yogurt briefly, then fold gently into the gelatin mixture.
  5. Add protein or flavorings: Mix in protein powder or adjust sweetness with low-calorie sweetener.
  6. Chill to set: Spoon the mixture into bowls or cups and refrigerate for 1 to 2 hours until firm.
  7. Serve and garnish: Top with fresh berries or a sprinkle of cinnamon just before serving.
