Canaan Honey Drink

A soothing warm drink made with honey, lemon juice, and warm water, perfect for gentle weight loss support.

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon honey (raw or unprocessed)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 8 ounces warm water
  • Optional: pinch of cinnamon
  • Optional: 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar

Instructions

  1. Heat water to warm but not boiling, about 120 to 140 degrees F (50 to 60 degrees C). Pour 8 ounces into a mug.
  2. Add 1 tablespoon of honey to the warm water and stir gently until fully dissolved.
  3. Squeeze in 1 tablespoon of fresh lemon juice and stir. Adjust for sweetness or tang as desired.
  4. If using, add a pinch of cinnamon and stir, or steep a cinnamon stick for 1 to 2 minutes.
  5. Let the drink cool slightly, and then taste for balance; it should be warm, sweet-tart.
  6. Drink slowly over 5 to 10 minutes to enjoy the aroma and satiety effect.
  7. Clean the mug promptly to avoid sticky residue.

Notes

Start with less honey and adjust the sweetness to your liking. This drink is best enjoyed freshly made.
