Ingredients

  • 2 cups (500 ml) of water
  • Honey (optional)
  • Lemon (optional)

Instructions

  3. Reduce heat and let it simmer for 10-15 minutes.
  4. If using cinnamon sticks, remove them; if using ground cinnamon, strain the tea to remove sediment.
  5. Add honey or lemon to taste, stirring until dissolved.
