Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons gelatin powder
  • 1/2 cup sugar or sweetener (honey or agave can be used)
  • 1/2 cup fruit juice or flavored liquid (100% juice recommended)
  • 1 cup water

Instructions

  1. Gather your ingredients and prepare a mold if desired.
  2. Heat 1 cup of water in a saucepan on medium until it almost boils; then remove from heat.
  3. Sprinkle 2 tablespoons of gelatin powder over the hot water and whisk until completely dissolved (about 2-3 minutes).
  4. Stir in 1/2 cup of your chosen fruit juice and sweetener; mix for another minute until combined.
  5. Allow the mixture to cool at room temperature for 10-15 minutes.
  6. Carefully pour the mixture into molds or small cups.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until firm before enjoying.
