  • 2 cups fruit juice or flavored herbal tea

  • 1 cup water

Instructions

  1. Choose your flavor base: Select unsweetened fruit juice or herbal tea.
  2. Prepare the gelatin mixture: Sprinkle gelatin powder over cold water and let it bloom for 5 minutes.
  3. Heat the liquid: Heat the fruit juice or herbal tea until hot but not boiling (5-7 minutes).
  4. Combine: Stir in bloomed gelatin until completely dissolved.
  5. Pour into molds: Pour the mixture into molds or a glass dish.
  6. Chill: Refrigerate for 2-4 hours until set.
  7. Serve & enjoy: Pop out or cut into squares and serve chilled.
