Dr. Jennifer Ashton Gelatin Trick Drink

A refreshing gelatin-based drink that aids weight loss and curbs cravings.

Ingredients

  • 1 packet flavored gelatin (sugar-free recommended)
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1 cup cold water
  • Optional: splash of fruit juice (lemon, berry, or apple)

Instructions

  1. Boil 1 cup of water for about 2-3 minutes.
  2. Stir in the packet of flavored gelatin until completely dissolved.
  3. Add 1 cup of cold water to cool the mixture.
  4. If desired, add a splash of fruit juice for flavor.
  5. Pour into a glass or container and refrigerate for about 2 hours to set.
  6. Once chilled, consume as a drink or eat with a spoon.

Notes

For the best results, consume it 20-30 minutes before meals; consider adding protein powder for extra nutrition.
