  • 1 cup 100% fruit juice
  • 2 cups water

Instructions

  1. Gather one cup of 100% fruit juice, two cups of water, three tablespoons of gelatin, and sweetener to taste.
  2. In a saucepan, bring two cups of water to a gentle simmer over medium heat until it’s warm but not boiling.
  3. Gradually sprinkle the gelatin into the warm water while whisking continually for 2-3 minutes until dissolved.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in one cup of fruit juice and your preferred sweetener until smooth.
  5. Pour the mixture into a mold or container and refrigerate for 2-4 hours until fully set.
  6. Once set, enjoy by cutting into cubes or directly from the mold; store leftovers in the refrigerator.
