Dr. Oz Gelatin

  • 2 tablespoons Gelatin Powder
  • 2 cups Warm Water
  • Optional Flavorings: fruit puree, honey, vanilla extract
  • Optional Sweetener: low-calorie sweeteners

Instructions

  1. Gather your gelatin powder and warm water with any optional flavorings or sweeteners.
  2. Heat about 2 cups of water until just below boiling.
  3. In a separate bowl, add 2 tablespoons of gelatin powder and gradually pour in the warm water while whisking continuously until dissolved.
  4. Add preferred flavorings and mix well for about one minute.
  5. Pour the mixture into a mold or container and allow it to sit at room temperature for 5-10 minutes.
  6. Refrigerate for 2-4 hours until fully set.
