Dr. Oz Manuka Honey Lemon Wellness Drink

A simple warm beverage combining Manuka honey and fresh lemon juice in warm water for a soothing wellness drink.

  • 1 tsp to 1 tbsp Manuka honey
  • 12 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 68 oz warm water (about 100 to 120 F / 38 to 49 C)
  • Optional: 1/2 tsp grated ginger
  • Pinch of sea salt (optional)

Instructions

  1. Heat water to about 100 to 120 F; it should feel comfortably warm.
  2. Spoon honey into a mug based on desired sweetness.
  3. Squeeze fresh lemon juice into the mug, ensuring no seeds fall in.
  4. Stir for 15 to 30 seconds until honey is fully dissolved.
  5. Taste and adjust sweetness and tartness if necessary.
  6. Add a pinch of sea salt or a lemon slice for garnish (optional).

Notes

Best when prepared fresh to retain aroma and vitamins. Use mindful adjustments for sweetness based on dietary needs.
