Dr. Rocio Pink Gelatin

A simple and refreshing gelatin drink that serves as a low-calorie snack or appetite controller.

Ingredients

  • 1 packet flavored or unflavored gelatin powder
  • 1 cup cold water
  • Sweetener (optional, such as stevia or sugar)
  • Small amount of fruit extract or juice
  • Vitamin C powder or lemon juice (optional)
  • Fresh berries or mint sprig for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Combine gelatin with warm water and stir until dissolved.
  2. Add sweetener and flavorings while the solution is still warm.
  3. Pour in cold water to reach final volume.
  4. Transfer to serving glasses or a shallow dish.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  6. Serve chilled with garnish if desired.
