Ingredients

  • 100% pure fruit juice (orange, pineapple, or berry blends)
  • Gelatin (powdered or sheet)
  • Sweetener (optional, e.g., honey or stevia)
  • Fresh fruits (optional, e.g., berries or chopped fruits)

Instructions

  1. Gather ingredients: Collect your fruit juice, gelatin, and any optional sweeteners or fresh fruits.
  2. Prepare the gelatin: Sprinkle the gelatin over cold water or juice (about a cup) and let it bloom for 5 minutes.
  3. Heat the juice: In a saucepan, heat another cup of fruit juice until steaming but not boiling, then remove from heat.
  4. Combine: Add the bloomed gelatin into the warm juice and stir until fully dissolved (1-2 minutes).
  5. Add sweetener and fruits: Mix in your sweetener and fold in any chopped fresh fruits.
  6. Set the mixture: Pour the mixture into a mold or individual cups and cool to room temperature before refrigerating.
  7. Chill: Refrigerate for at least 4 hours until firm, then serve cold.

Notes
