Gelatin Burn Trick Drink

A refreshing drink made with gelatin and fruit juice designed to support weight loss and boost metabolism.

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon gelatin
  • ½ cup warm water
  • 1 cup fresh fruit juice (or flavored herbal tea)
  • Honey or Stevia to taste
  • Optional: Lemon slice or fresh berries for garnish

Instructions

  1. Gather your ingredients.
  2. In a small bowl, mix 1 tablespoon of gelatin with ½ cup of warm water until fully dissolved.
  3. Pour in 1 cup of fresh fruit juice (or tea) into the gelatin mixture and mix well.
  4. Add honey or stevia to taste, and stir until dissolved.
  5. Refrigerate for about 30 minutes, or until slightly thickened.
  6. Serve chilled in a glass and enjoy! Add optional garnishes if desired.

Notes

For better weight loss results, consume 30 minutes before each meal.
