Gelatin Mounjaro

A simple, gelatin-based remedy designed to support weight loss goals with a refreshing, mildly fruity taste.

Ingredients

  • 12 tablespoons unflavored gelatin powder
  • 1/2 cup cold water
  • 1/21 cup hot water
  • Small amount of citrus juice or low-sugar juice
  • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar (optional)
  • Low-calorie sweetener or honey (optional)

Instructions

  1. Measure and bloom the gelatin by sprinkling it over cold water and letting it sit for 2-5 minutes.
  2. Heat the hot liquid by bringing water or herbal tea to a simmer.
  3. Dissolve the gelatin by pouring the hot liquid over it and stirring until completely dissolved.
  4. Add in additional cool water, apple cider vinegar, and your flavorings.
  5. Pour the mixture into molds or a shallow dish.
  6. Chill until firm in the refrigerator for 1-3 hours.
  7. Serve cold, cutting or scooping the gel as desired.

Notes

Can be prepared ahead of time and stored for up to 4 days in the refrigerator.
