Instructions

  1. Gather ingredients: unflavored gelatin powder, water or juice, and any optional flavorings.
  2. Mix gelatin with cold liquid: combine 1 tablespoon of gelatin with 1/2 cup of cold water or juice and let it sit for about 5 minutes.
  3. Heat the mixture: warm the mixture in the microwave or on the stove for 30-60 seconds until warm (not boiling).
  4. Stir well: mix until fully dissolved, ensuring there are no lumps.
  5. Add flavor: optionally stir in fruit puree or honey for taste.
  6. Chill: pour the mixture into a mold or container and refrigerate for at least 2 hours until it sets.
  7. Enjoy: cut into bite-sized pieces and enjoy your gelatin trick anytime you need a snack!
