Gelatin Trick for Weight Loss

A low-calorie gelatin treat that helps curb cravings and supports weight loss goals.

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons gelatin powder
  • 1 cup water (divided into 1/2 cup for blooming and 1/2 cup for heating)
  • Your choice of flavorings (fruit juices, extracts, or purees)
  • Optional sweeteners (like stevia or honey)

Instructions

  1. Gather your ingredients: 1 cup of water, 2 tablespoons of gelatin powder, and your chosen flavorings.
  2. In a small bowl, sprinkle the gelatin powder over 1/2 cup of cold water and let it sit for 5 minutes to bloom.
  3. In a saucepan, heat the remaining 1/2 cup of water until it simmers. Remove from heat and stir in the bloomed gelatin until completely dissolved.
  4. Add your desired flavorings and optional sweeteners, then stir to combine.
  5. Pour the mixture into molds or containers and allow to cool slightly.
  6. Refrigerate for 3-4 hours or until set.
  7. Once set, pop the gelatin out of the molds and enjoy!

Notes
