Glucose Reset Ritual Drinks

A refreshing drink designed to help balance blood sugar levels and support weight loss, made with natural ingredients.

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger
  • 1 teaspoon honey or a few drops of stevia
  • 8 ounces cold or warm water

Instructions

  1. Gather your ingredients: apple cider vinegar, cinnamon, lemon, ginger, and sweetener.
  2. In a glass, combine 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar with the juice of half a lemon.
  3. Sprinkle in 1 teaspoon of cinnamon and a pinch of grated ginger.
  4. Stir in 1 teaspoon of honey or a few drops of stevia.
  5. Add 8 ounces of cold or warm water, mixing thoroughly.
  6. Taste test and adjust sweetness or acidity as needed.
  7. Serve over ice or sip warm.

Notes

For optimal results, drink 15-30 minutes before meals to curb appetite and stabilize blood sugar.
