Honey and Olive Oil Mix

A simple and soothing beverage of raw honey and extra virgin olive oil, supporting appetite control and healthy habits.

Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon to 1 tablespoon raw honey
  • 1 teaspoon to 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 4 to 8 ounces warm water
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice (optional)
  • A pinch of ground cinnamon (optional)

Instructions

  1. Warm the water to about 95 to 110 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Stir in raw honey until fully dissolved.
  3. Add extra virgin olive oil and stir briskly for 10 to 20 seconds.
  4. If using, squeeze in lemon juice and add a pinch of cinnamon; stir briefly.
  5. Let cool slightly and sip slowly.
  6. Rinse with plain water after 5 minutes if desired.

Notes

Adjust portions to taste; start with smaller amounts and increase as needed.
