Jello Weight Loss Recipe: 3-Ingredient Gelatin Trick

A delightful Jello recipe that combines flavor and function, creating a guilt-free dessert perfect for supporting weight loss goals.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups water
  • 2 cups gelatin powder (preferably unflavored)
  • 1 cup sugar-free beverage mix or fruit juice

Instructions

  1. Boil 2 cups of water in a medium pot over medium heat.
  2. Remove from heat and sprinkle in 2 cups of gelatin powder, stirring until fully dissolved (about 2 minutes).
  3. Stir in 1 cup of your chosen sugar-free beverage mix or fruit juice.
  4. Pour the mixture into Jello molds or a suitable container.
  5. Allow to cool at room temperature for 15–30 minutes, then place in the fridge and let it set for at least 4 hours.
  6. Once set, pop out of molds or cut into squares and enjoy!

Notes

Consume about 30 minutes before meals to help reduce appetite. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
