A simple homemade gelatin drink that may help reduce appetite and promote fullness when consumed before meals.

Ingredients

  • 1 to 2 tablespoons unflavored gelatin powder
  • 1 cup warm water
  • 1 to 2 cups cold water or iced water
  • 2 to 4 tablespoons optional fruit juice
  • 1 teaspoon optional lemon or lime juice
  • Sweetener to taste (stevia, erythritol, or honey)
  • 1 scoop optional collagen peptides

Instructions

  1. Measure and bloom the gelatin. Sprinkle gelatin over warm water and let sit for 1 to 2 minutes.
  2. Stir until fully dissolved, keeping it warm.
  3. Add cold water and optional items for flavor.
  4. Cool in the refrigerator for 15 to 30 minutes.
  5. Portion and serve in an 8-ounce glass.
  6. Optional: reheat or blend to adjust consistency.
