Instructions

  1. Bloom the gelatin by sprinkling it over cold water in a bowl and letting it sit for 2-3 minutes.
  2. Heat the liquid until warm and stir in the bloomed gelatin until fully dissolved.
  3. Sweeten by mixing in optional sweetener or collagen powder until smooth.
  4. Add extras like small fruit pieces or zest, mixing gently.
  5. Pour the mixture into cups or a loaf pan and refrigerate for at least 2 hours until set.
  6. Serve chilled; can be scooped or unmolded for enjoyment.
