Lemon Gelatin Tonic

A refreshing drink that combines lemon juice and gelatin for weight loss support and hydration.

  • 1 tablespoon Gelatin Powder

  • Optional Sweetener (e.g., Stevia or Honey)

Instructions

  1. Gather all ingredients: fresh lemon juice, gelatin powder, and water.
  2. Prepare the gelatin by sprinkling gelatin powder over cold water and let it sit for 5 minutes.
  3. Heat 1 cup of water in a saucepan until it comes to a gentle boil, then remove from heat.
  4. Add the bloomed gelatin to the hot water, stirring until fully dissolved.
  5. Add the fresh lemon juice to the mixture, stirring well to combine.
  6. If desired, add your chosen sweetener to taste and mix until dissolved.
  7. Pour the mixture into a glass or container and refrigerate for 1-2 hours until set.
