Lipojaro Jello

A simple, low-calorie gelatin-based snack to support weight loss and appetite control.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 packet flavored gelatin powder (sugar-free optional)
  • 12 teaspoons unflavored gelatin or collagen powder
  • 1 cup hot water
  • 1 cup cold water or sparkling water
  • A few tablespoons fresh or frozen berries (optional)
  • A few drops lemon juice or vanilla extract (optional)

Instructions

  1. Measure and bloom the unflavored gelatin by sprinkling over 1/4 cup of cold water and letting sit for 2-3 minutes.
  2. Dissolve the flavored gelatin in 1 cup of hot water, stirring for 30-60 seconds until fully dissolved.
  3. Combine the bloomed gelatin with the flavored mix, stirring until fully melted.
  4. Add 1 cup of cold water or sparkling water, plus optional berries or lemon juice.
  5. Pour the mixture into molds and refrigerate for 2-3 hours until firm.
  6. Serve chilled, and store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.

Use sugar-free options for lower calories and experiment with different flavors.
