Instructions

  1. Gather Your Ingredients: Measure approximately 1 cup of fruit puree and have 1/4 cup of water ready.
  2. Prepare the Gelatin: In a small bowl, sprinkle gelatin over cold water and let sit for 5 minutes until spongy.
  3. Heat the Mixture: In a saucepan over low heat, combine fruit puree and gelatin mixture, stirring until dissolved (~3-5 minutes).
  4. Sweeten to Taste: Add honey or agave syrup if desired and stir well.
  5. Pour into Molds: Pour the mixture into silicone molds and let sit at room temperature for 30 minutes.
