Pink Gelatin Recipe for Weight Loss

A simple, low-calorie pink gelatin recipe that incorporates flavored gelatin, collagen, and optional fruits for a refreshing treat.

Ingredients

  • 1 packet flavored gelatin mix (strawberry or raspberry, sugar-free)
  • 2 tablespoons unflavored gelatin powder or 1 scoop of collagen peptides
  • 1 cup hot water
  • 1 cup cold water or sparkling water
  • Low-calorie sweetener or honey (optional)
  • Fresh berries or citrus zest (optional)
  • Fresh mint or lemon slice for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Boil 1 cup of water and remove from heat.
  2. Sprinkle 2 tablespoons of unflavored gelatin or 1 scoop of collagen into the hot water, whisk until dissolved.
  3. Stir in one packet of flavored gelatin and sweetener if using.
  4. Slowly pour in 1 cup cold water, stirring to cool.
  5. Transfer to molds and refrigerate for at least 2 hours until firm.
  6. Serve chilled and garnish as desired.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4 days.
