  • ½ cup strawberry puree
  • 2 tablespoons agave or honey
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Ingredients: Gather all your ingredients and ensure you have a mixing bowl, a saucepan, and gummy molds ready.
  2. Mix the Gelatin and Water: In a bowl, combine 1 cup of water with 2 tablespoons of unflavored gelatin. Let it sit for a few minutes allowing it to bloom.
  3. Heat the Mixture: On low heat, gently stir the mixture in the saucepan until the gelatin fully dissolves, about 3–5 minutes.
  4. Add Strawberry Puree: Remove from heat and mix in half a cup of strawberry puree and 2 tablespoons of agave or honey. Stir until smooth.
  5. Incorporate Lemon Juice: Add 1 tablespoon of fresh lemon juice to the mixture, enhancing flavor and nutrient absorption.
  6. Pour into Molds: Carefully pour the mixture into your gummy molds, filling each mold to the top.
  7. Refrigerate: Place in the refrigerator for 2–3 hours, or until set. Once firm, gently pop the gummies out of the molds and enjoy!
