Instructions

  1. Prepare the Ingredients: Gather all the ingredients and wash the strawberries thoroughly.
  2. Make the Crust: Crush the graham crackers into fine crumbs, mix with melted butter or a light sugar substitute, and press into a pie dish. Chill for 10-15 minutes in the refrigerator.
  3. Prepare the Gelatin: In a small bowl, dissolve the gelatin in warm water according to package instructions.
  4. Blend the Strawberries: In a blender, puree half of the strawberries to create a liquid, while chopping the other half into small chunks.
  5. Combine Ingredients: Mix the pureed strawberries with the dissolved gelatin, stirring until well combined. Fold in the chopped strawberries.
  6. Fill the Crust: Pour the strawberry mixture over the prepared crust, smoothing it out evenly.
  7. Chill: Refrigerate for at least 3-4 hours or until the gelatin is set completely.
